  Diana was FANTASTIC! I inquired about a local rental, and she was so helpful, and worked hard for me. I know she probably broke even in the deal, since rentals don't pay much in commissions, but that didn't deter her from being really helpful and responsive, and driving 45 minutes each way to get me in to see the rental I was interested in.
