WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SEARCH RENT?
Before you start looking for a rental property, the first thing we recommend is to seek the help of a real estate professional who can help you throughout the process. Then, know exactly what your budget is, so you can determine which zones fit within it.
Main steps when renting:
- Meet with a real estate agent. This will be your best ally since web pages and online advertisements must always be verified by your real estate broker so that you do not become a victim of scams or other crimes.

What documents do i need to rent?
